Polyfunkční dům Veleslavín

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je vytvoření studie polyfunkčního objektu. Objekt se nachází na území Prahy-Veleslavín v místě bývalé i stávající teplárny. Stavba je navržena jako devítipodlažní. Hlavním materiálem je železobeton. Polyfunkční objekt v sobe skrývá funkce obchodní, sportovní a kavárnu. Půdorysy jednotlivých podlaží jsou navrženy různorodě a s množstvím teras. Základní tvar vychází z pravidelného osmiúhelníku, což umožňuje interakci s okolím v osmi směrech. Objekt je situován do samého centra nové čtvrti a vytváří dominantu pro blízké i širší okolí, tudíž je nezbytné, aby přitahoval pozornost kolemjdoucích i z větší dálky.The object of this diploma thesis is to create a study of polyfunctional house. The building is located on the territory of Prague-Veleslavin on the site of the former and existing heating plants. The building is designed as nine-story. The main material is reinforced concrete. The polyfunctional house provides stores, fitness and café. Floor plans of individual floors are designed in a variety of ways and with lots of terraces. The basic shape is based on a regular octagon, allowing the interaction with the surroundings in eight directions. The building is situated in the very center of the new district and forms a dominant feature for close and wider surroundings, so it is necessary to attract the attention of passers-by even from a greater distance.
