Bytový dům pod Vyšehradem

Abstract

Zadáním projektu je návrh viladomu v Praze pod Vyšehradem. Navržený objekt má převážně bytovou funkci, v parteru se nachází komerční prostory v podobě galerie a květinářství, dále se v 1NP nachází jedna bytová jednotka a schodišťové jádro. V 1PP jsou navrženy garáže a sklepy pro obyvatele domu. V 2-4NP jsou bytové jednotky. Cílem bylo navrhnout bytový dům místo stávajícího pavlačového domu, který se do okolní zástavby měřítkově příliš nehodí, proto jsem zvolila formu viladomu, který více zapadá do okolní zástavby.The project was assigned as a design of a villa residence in Prague under Vyšehrad. The designed building is mostly residential, in the ground floor there are commercial spaces intended as a gallery and florists, in the 1st floor there is one apartment unit and a stairway core. In the first underground floor garages and cellars are designed for the inhabitants of the house. In the second to fourth floor there are apartment units. The aim was to design a residential house that would substitute an existing courtyard balcony house, which as for the scale is not too suitable for the surrounding area. Therefore I chose a concept of a villa residence that fits more into the surrounding buildings.
