Vozítko s všesměrovým pohybem a bezkomutátorovými motory

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá realizací všesměrového vozítka se synchronními bezkomutátorovými motory. Popisuje teorii vektorového řízení synchronních bezkomutátorových motorů, jeho zjednodušení pro účely této práce, princip funkce všesměrového kola mecanum a kinematiku vozítka s všesměrovým pohybem. Dále popisuje návrh elektroniky realizované pomocí plošných spojů a návrh mechanické části vozítka realizované 3D tiskem. Součástí práce je také implementace jednotlivých algoritmů a dálkového ovládání vozítka pomocí PC a joysticku. Práce je uzavřena popisem naladění použitých regulátorů a demonstrací dosažených výsledků.This thesis deals with the implementation of an omnidirectional vehicle with brushless DC motors. It describes the theory of the field oriented control of brushless DC motors, its simplification for the purpose of this thesis, the omnidirectional wheel operation principle and the kinematics of an omnidirectional vehicle. It also describes the design of electronics implemented using printed circuit board and the design of mechanical part of the vehicle manufactured using 3D printing. The thesis also includes the implementation of individual algorithms and remote control of the vehicle using a PC and a joystick. Tuning of the used controllers and demonstration of achieved results are shown at the end of the thesis.
