Fyzioterapie u syndromu Guillain-Barré

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem onemocnění Guillain-Barré postihující periferní nervový systém. V kapitole Současný stav jsou popsány anatomie periferního nervového systému, popis onemocnění, etiologie, patofyziologie, epidemiologie, příznaky, diagnostika, léčba a případné komplikace tohoto onemocnění. Část Metodika přibližuje metodický postup aplikovaný u pacientky s onemocněním Guillain-Barré. V této části jsou popsány vyšetřovací metody a následně terapeutické postupy, aplikované po dobu léčby. Ve Speciální části je zpracována kazuistika, v níž je na základě výsledků ze vstupního kineziologického vyšetření určen krátkodobý a dlouhodobý rehabilitační plán a jsou popsány následné terapeutické jednotky. V kapitole Výsledky je popsán výstupní kineziologický rozbor a zhodnocen efekt terapie na základě porovnání vstupního a výstupního kineziologického rozboru. Výsledky potvrzují efektivní vliv fyzioterapie na průběh léčby. V kapitole Diskuze je pojednáno o problematice této diagnózy a kapitola Závěr hodnotí splnění cílů a přínos práce.

This bachelor paper addresses the theme of Guillain-Barré syndrome affecting the peripheral nervous system. The chapter Contemporary status describes the anatomy of the peripheral nervous system, the disease and its etiology, pathophysiology, epidemiology, symptoms, diagnostics, treatment and possible complications of this disease. The Methodology section describes the methodical procedure applied on a patient with Guillain-Barré syndrome. This section introduces the examination methods and therapeutic procedures applied during the treatment. The Special part contains a case study, while on the basis of the results of the initial kinesiology assessment, a short- and long-term rehabilitation plan is determined. This part also describes subsequent therapeutic units. The chapter Results describes final kinesiology assessment and evaluates the effect of the therapy by comparing the initial and final kinesiology assessment. The acquired results confirm the effective influence of physiotherapy on the course of treatment. The discussion chapter presents the issue of this diagnosis and the chapter Conclusion evaluates the fulfillment of objectives and contribution of the work.
