Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh bytového domu v Praze 5, v ulici Na Hřebenkách. Budova vychází z jedné podlouhlé hmoty rozdělené na dva menší, vůči sobě posunuté celky. Následným postupným odebíráním hmoty jsou vytvořeny terasy směřující na jihozápad. Budova pozvolně stoupá po strmém svahu parcely a kopíruje tak její terén. Tím je umožněno, aby byla propojená s terénem hned na několika úrovních. Rodiny si mohou užívat rozsáhlou společnou zahradu, díky které se mohou cítit jakoby bydleli v přírodě, i když jsou v centru Prahy.The object of this bachelor's thesis is the design of an apartment building in the Prague center. The building contains two almost identical masses. By subtracting from those masses, terraces have been made. The terraces are southwest orientated. The building is imitating steep terrain which allows contact with terrain on different levels of the building. Families can enjoy a spacious shared garden, where they can feel like they are in nature, even though they are in the Prague center.
