Využití prefabrikovaných instalačních jader ve výstavbě jednopodlažních rodinných dřevostaveb

Abstract

Autorka se v této bakalářské práci zabývá popisem jednotlivých typů konstrukčních systémů dřevostaveb, způsobů zakládání a řešení hydroizolace spodní stavby. Dále popisuje prefabrikovaná instalační jádra nejen z historického hlediska, ale především z hlediska jejich uplatnění v soudobé výstavbě rodinných domů. Autorka v této práci ukazuje možnost spojení konstrukčně izolovaných panelů SIP, zakládání pomocí zemních vrutů a využití instalačních prefabrikovaných jader jako efektivní a časově výhodné pro výstavbu jednopodlažních rodinných domů. Součástí práce je porovnání doby výstavby dřevostaveb výše uvedeným způsobem s tradičním zděným rodinným domem.The author of this bachelor thesis deals with description of individual types of construction systems of wooden structures, ways of construction and solution for hydro isolation of the substructure. It further describes pre-manufactured plumbing cores not only form the historical point of view, but especially from the point of view of their application in current construction of family houses. The author points out the possibilities of connecting constructional isolated SIP panels, construction by using ground screws and usage of pre-manufactured cores as a way of effective and time saving construction of singe-storey family houses. Part of the thesis is a comparison of the time needed for construction of wooden structures in the way described above and traditional brick family house.
