Předmětem bakalářské práce je vypracování projektu v rozsahu pro stavební povolení Viladomu ve Zlíně v obci Paseky. Součástí dokumentace jsou podrobnosti (detaily) obálky budovy, tepelně technické posouzení, statické posouzení nosných konstrukcí a návrh rozvodů TZB.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the development of a project in the scope of a building permit of a Villa-house in Zlín in the village Paseky. The documentation includes details of the building envelope, thermal technical assessment, static assessment of supporting structures and the design of the distribution of the technical equipment of the buildings.
