Projekt novostavby bytového domu

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem bytového domu s možnostmi řešení podzemních garáží, zhotovení projektové dokumentace ve formě ke stavebnímu povolení s postupem jeho provádění. Jedná se o návrh bytového domu zaměřený na možnosti podzemního parkování, posouzení tepelně technických vlastností podlahových a obvodových konstrukcí v programu Teplo 2017 EDU, vypracování výkresové dokumentace, vypracování technologických postupů montáže, rešerše kalkulací materiálu dvou možností podzemních částí objektu a harmonogramu prováděných stavebních prací.This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a residential building with the possibility of solving underground garages, making project documentation in the form of a building permit with the procedure of its implementation. It is a design of a residential building focused on the possibilities of underground parking, assessment of thermal and technical properties of floor and perimeter structures in the program Heat 2017 EDU, drawing documentation, elaboration of technological assembly procedures, research of material calculations of two possibilities of underground parts of the building and schedule of performed construction works.
