Adaptivní webové rozhraní pro zápis biologických dat

Abstract

Náplní této práce je analyzovat problematiku zdlouhavého sběru biologických dat v terénu. Na základě analýzy procesů navrhnout webovou aplikaci, která bude responzivní a uživatelsky přívětivá. V části návrhu se práce věnuje nejen struktuře a vzhledu webových stránek, ale i problematice přihlašování, registrace a zabezpečení. Obsahuje popis průchodů webové aplikace dle určených scénářů. V práci je popsán postup tvorby webové aplikace a databáze, se kterou komunikuje přes objektově relační mapování. Práce analyzuje existující způsoby řešení a popisuje implementaci administrátorského prostředí, rozhraní REST API a offline módu pro případ výpadku internetového spojení.The objective of this thesis is to analyse the lengthy process of collecting biological data in the field. Based on the findings design a responsive and userfriendly web application. The designing part is dedicated not only to structure and appearance of the site, but also focuses on security issues such as registration, or log in, allowing access only if specified scenarios are fulfilled. The thesis describes how the application and the database was created. How the application communicates with the database via object-relational mapping. Furthermore, the thesis contains analysis of existing solutions and describes the implementation of administrative interface, the REST API interface and the offline mode in the event of Internet connection failure.
