Praha, Krč, Seniorcentrum a mateřská škola

Abstract

Předmětem této diplomové práce je návrh domova seniorů a mateřské školy, který umožňuje interakci mezi těmito dvěma věkovými skupinami. Jedná se o dva samostatné objekty umístěné na společném pozemku. Domov senior funguje spíše jako bytový dům pro seniory, kteří mohou v případě potřeby využívat pečovatelských služeb. V budově působí spolek Klub seniorů, který tyto služby zajišťuje, stejně jako další pomocné služby a programy. Dále organizuje různé skupiny, výlety, návštěvy a jiné doprovodné aktivity. V objektu seniorcentra se nachází i provozy přístupné veřejnosti: ordinace praktického lékaře a kavárna. Objekt je spravován správcem, který má v centru vlastní byt a který se stará i o budovu mateřské školy a zahradu. Mateřská škola disponuje třemi odděleními, společnou dvoupodlažní hernou a jídelnou s přístupem na krytou terasu, vnitřní skluzavkou a prolézací sítí. Objekty jsou umístěny v severozápadním cípu řešeného území, které je zpracováno v rámci urbanistické studie – předdiplomního projektu. V blízké budoucnosti se zde předpokládá rozsáhlý rozvoj a výstavba v souvislosti s plánovanou stanicí nové linky metra – Nemocnice Krč. Objekty jsou umístěny na okraji této živé lokality obklopeny zelení a navazující klidnou rodinnou a vilovou zástavbou.The subject of this diploma thesis is the design of a home for the elderly people and a kindergarten that allows interaction between these two age groups. There are two separate buildings located on a shared site. The senior center serves more as a residential building for the elderly, who can use the care services if needed. There is a Seniors Club in the building that provides these services as well as other support functions and programs. It organizes various social activities, outings, visits and other activities. The senior center also contains facilities open to the public: a general practitioner‘s surgery and a café. The building is managed by a caretaker who has his own flat in the center and looks after the kindergarten and the garden. The kindergarten has three classrooms, a shared two-story playroom and dining room with access to a covered terrace, an indoor slide and a climbing net. The buildings are located in the north-west corner of the site, which is developed as part of an urban study in the pre-diploma project. In the near future, extensive development and construction is expected here in connection with the planned station of the new metro line - Hospital Krč. The buildings are located on the edge of this lively area surrounded by greenery, quiet family houses and appartment buildings.
