Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá stavební revizí a požárně bezpečnostním řešením bytového domu s parterem v Praze v Nuslích. Práce vychází z architektonicko-stavebního řešení semestrální práce ateliéru ATV4 – Synek programu A+S Fakulty stavební ČVUT v Praze. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na čtyři části. První část obsahuje zadání bakalářské práce. Druhou část tvoří výchozí materiály. Třetí část tvoří stavební revize, která obsahuje technickou zprávu a výkresovou dokumentaci. Čtvrtá část se zabývá požárně bezpečnostním řešením, které obsahuje technickou zprávu, výkresovou dokumentaci a přílohy.
This bachelor’s thesis deals with the construction review and fire safety solution of the apartment house with parter in Prague. The work is based on the architectural and construction solution of the semester work of studio ATV4 – Synek at the program A+S Faculty of the Civil Engineering, Czech Technical University in Prague. The bachelor’s thesis is divided into four parts. The first part contains the assignment of the bachelor´s thesis. The second part consists of starting materials. The third part is the construction review, which contains a technical report and drawing documentation. The fourth part deals with the fire safety solution, which contains a technical report, drawing documentation and appendices.
