Robotická procesní automatizace

Abstract

Diplomová práce analyzuje proces přijímání zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti s cílem navrhnout optimalizaci za pomoci robotické procesní automatizace. Teoretická část se zabývá popisem průmyslových revolucí, Průmyslu 4.0 a vymezením souvisejících pojmů. Je definován pojem robotické procesní automatizace, nastíněny výhody, nevýhody a rizika technologie a představeny trendy v oblasti automatizace. Praktická část obsahuje představení společnosti XY, včetně jejího podnikání, organizační struktury a vybraného týmu. Zabývá se analýzou vybraného procesu přijímání zaměstnance a návrhem optimalizace s využitím RPA. Výsledkem je návrh procesní optimalizace včetně odhadu pracnosti a odhadovaných úspor ve společnosti XY.This master's thesis analyses the hiring process for employees at a selected company in order to design optimization with the help of robotic process automation. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical.The theoretical part includes a description of industrial revolutions, Industry 4.0 and defines related terms. The concept of robotic process automation is defined, its advantages, disadvantages and risks are outlined and trends in the area of automation are presented.The practical part contains an introduction of company XY, including its type of business, organisational structure and a selected team. It presents an analysis of the selected hiring process for an employee and the design of optimization using RPA. The result is a design for process optimization and includes an estimate of labor and savings at the company XY.
