Rekonstrukce budovy bývalé školy v Horičkách

Abstract

Obsahem této diplomové práce je návrh sanačních opatření a zpracování projektové doku-mentace pro nové využití objektu občanské stavby. Práce se zabývá situací, kdy je potřeba zanedbaný a nevyužívaný objekt využít pro nové účely. Projektová dokumentace byla zpra-cována podle požadavků investora na vytvoření komunitního domu pro seniory. Na základě výsledků stavebně technického průzkumu byly navrženy sanační metody. Dále se práce zabývá návrhem nového dispozičního a stavebně technického řešení, návrhem nové nosné konstrukce krovu a zateplením objektu. Navrženo je 23 malometrážních bytů pro lidi se sníženou schopností pohybu. Návrh je zpracován v podrobnosti pro stavební povolení včetně profesí.The content of this diploma thesis is the proposal of remediation measures and project doc-umentation for the new use of civil construction. The thesis deals with the situation when it is necessary to use a neglected and unused object for new purposes. The project documenta-tion has been prepared according to the investor's requirements to create a community building for the pensioner. Based on the results of the building technical survey, there were designed rehabilitation methods. In addition, the thesis deals with design of a new layout, construction-technical solution, design of a new roof structure and thermal insulation of the building. There are 23 small-sized flats for people with reduced mobility. The proposal is elaborated in detail for the building permit, including professions.
