Abstract

úkolem této práce je provést rozbor možností strategického rozvoje služeb v oblasti domácí zdravotní péče a možností v oblasti služeb pro občany v důchodovém věku z pohledu strategické komunikace a marketingového mixu. D8le se zaměřit z marketingového micu na produkt (službu) a navrhnout možné varianty nových produktů a cílové skupiny zákazníků. Při zpracování zohlednit potřeby regionu, celé České republiky a výhledově potřeb většího regionu. Dále navrhnout reálnou firmu, kde by bylo možno tento produkt poskytovat.the aim of this thesis is to analyze possibilities of strategical developmnet od services in the field of home health care and possibilities in the dield of services for retired persons. Considering the strategical communication and the marketing mix. Main focus is on the product (service), on proposal of variants of n ex products and on finding new target groups of customers. The thesisi is composed with considering of the state of the relevant market sector in the Czech republic. Finally, important part is to project real firm, that will offer the described product.
