Vysokotlaké chlazení řezného procesu

Abstract

Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou vysokotlakového chladenia procesnou kvapalinou pri obrábaní s cieľom kritického zhodnotenia účinkov na rezný proces. Prvá časť práce sa venuje teoretickému rozboru rezných prostredí so zameraním na procesné kvapaliny. Ďalšia časť sa už zaoberá definíciou vysokotlakového chladenia a výrobcami nástrojov venujúcimi sa tejto problematike. V práci sú spomenuté mnohé publikácie a experimenty skúmajúce chladenie rezného procesu kvapalinou pod vysokým tlakom. Vzávere sú kriticky zhodnotené všetky podstatné zistenia a je navrhnutý experiment, ktorý by objektívne preukázal pravdivosť týchto zistení.High pressure cooling with process fluid in the machining is a case study of this thesis. The goal is critical evaluation effect on the cutting process. First part of the thesis deals with teoretical analysis cutting environment with focus on the process fluids. Next part handles with definition of the high pressure cooling and tool manufacturers of this subject. Lot of the publications and experiments examine cooling of the cutting process under the high pressure are mentioned. In the conclusion all significant findings are critically evaluated. An experiment objectively showing veracity of the data is proposed.
