Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá učitelem v roli oběti šikany. V teoretické části popisuje modely šikany, kdy se agresorem stává žák, rodič, kolega či nadřízený. Empirická část se zabývá kvantitativním výzkumem na vybraných středních školách. Na nich byla pomocí dotazníku zjišťována zkušenost učitelů s šikanou vůči jejich osobě. Cílem práce je ověření tří hypotéz a pilotní zmapování problematiky šikany učitelů.
The bachelor thesis deals with a teacher as a potential victim of bullying. The theoretical part describes different models of bullying according to the personality of aggressor. Aggressor can be a student, his parent, a colleague or a boss. The practical part focuses on a quantitative research made at several high schools. Teacher experience with bullying was researched by a questionnaire. The goal of the research is to confirm/refuse 3 hypotheses and to get a deeper insight into the phenomenon of a teacher as a victim of bullying.
