Implementace systému Salesforce ve vybrané neziskové organizaci

Abstract

Bakalárska práca sa venuje CRM systémom v neziskovom sektore. Cieľom teoretickej časti práce je oboznámiť čitateľa so všeobecnými špecifikáciami neziskového sektora ako je založenie, financovanie a~fundraising v~neziskových organizáciách. Ďalej sa venuje problematike dostupných informačných CRM systémov pre neziskový sektor. Praktická časť je zameraná na analýzu, návrh a~implementáciu CRM systému Salesforce pre vybranú neziskovú organizáciu - Cheiron T, o.p.s, ktorá je zhotovená na základe požiadaviek neziskovej organizácie a venuje sa aj vyhodnoteniu prínosu implementáciu pre danú organizáciu. Praktická časť taktiež slúži aj ako návod na implementáciu a~nasadenie CRM systému Salesforce pre budúcich implementátorov, ktorým pomôže pri realizácii podobných projektov.The bachelor thesis deals with CRM systems in the non-profit sector. The aim of the theoretical part is to familiarize the reader with the general specifications of the non-profit sector such as founding, financing and fundraising in non-profit organizations. Furthermore, it deals with the issue of available information CRM systems for the non-profit sector. The practical part is focused on the analysis, design and implementation of the Salesforce CRM system for a selected non-profit organization - Cheiron T, o.p.s, which is based on the requirements of a non-profit organization and evaluates the benefits of implementation for the organization. The practical part can be used as a guide for the implementation and deployment of the Salesforce CRM system for future implementers to help implement similar projects.
