Socioekonomické hodnocení využití panoramatického rentgenu v zubním lékařství

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce bylo zjistit příčiny fluktuace nově registrovaných pacientůna soukromé zubní klinice. Dále pak ze získaných poznatků analyzovat příčiny fluktuace a navrhnout takové doporučení pro zubní kliniku, které by zamezilo fluktuaci pacientůa zvýšilo tak jejich loajalitu vůči zubní klinice. V teoretické části práce uvádím vysvětlení pojmů fluktuace pacientů, společenská poptávka, objekt zkoumání a metody sběru dat. Praktická část je pro mou práci stěžejní, uvádím zde metodiku práce a výsledky z dotazníkového průzkumu. V závěru práce se zabývám návrhem doporučení pro soukromou zubní kliniku. Během shromažďování podkladů pro psaní této práce bylo kladeno za cíl, aby bylozískáno co nejvíce informací od pacientů, ze kterých by bylo možné vyvodit směrodatné závěry.

The aim of this thesis was to find the causes of fluctuation of newly registered patients at a private dental clinic. After that, the aim was to analyze these causes from the gained findings and suggest such recommendation for the dental clinic, which would stop fluctuation of patients and increase their loyalty to the dental clinic at the same time. In the theoretical part there is an explanation of terms such as fluctuation of patients, social demand, object exploration and data collection methods. The practical part is the most important, as there is description of the methodology of work and results from the questionnaire survey. Draft recommendations for a private dental clinic are mentioned in conclusion. While collecting materials for this thesis, the purpose was to obtain sufficient amount of information from patients, from which it would be possible to draw authoritative conclusions.
