Šumperk

Abstract

Diplomová práce v podrobnějším řešení rozpracovává předdiplomní projekt, který se zabývá rozvojem území města Šumperka v oblasti kolem Jesenické ulice, silnice první třídy procházející městem, nejen v reakci na možnost výstavby obchvatu, který by způsobil pokles dopravního významu této cesty. Práce obsahuje analýzy území, z analýz jsou vyvozeny závěry a dále jsou navrženy zásady pro možnosti budoucího rozvoje území. Koncepčně jsou také určeny hranice prostorového uspořádání. V podrobnějším řešení se práce zabývá vybranou částí řešeného území. Jde o důležitý bod, kde se potkávají dvě významné cesty, navazující na centrum města, propojující jej zároveň s jeho prostorově i funkčně separovanou jižní částí a důležitou sportovní vybaveností. Současné využití území je velmi nesourodé a neodpovídá jeho potenciálu. Je zde navržena nová urbanistická struktura s polyfunkčním charakterem, včetně obnovy a prodloužení městského parku. V souladu se zadáním je návrh doveden k urbanistickému detailu, doplněn o základní koncepci zeleně, dopravy a technické infrastruktury.The thesis is dealing more specifically with the topic of pre-diploma thesis, which is the development of a specific area in Šumperk, surrounding Jesenická street, the main road placed inside the town, not only in reaction to the possibility of a traffic bypass, which would cause a decrease in the significance of this road. The thesis contains an analysis of the site, as well as conclusions from this analysis and principles for possible future development. Also, conceptually, boundaries are set to determine the spatial arrangement. In more detail, the thesis is focused on one part of the area. It is an important point, where two streets are crossing, close to the town center, connecting it with its spatially and functionally separated part and important sports center. Today´s usage of space is not conceptual and is not responding to its potential. New urban structure with polyfunctional usage including renewal and extension of the town park is designed. Consistently to the assignment, the design is brought to urbanistic detail together with the basic concept of the green, traffic, and technical infrastructure.
