Nestátní neziskové organizace a poskytování humanitární pomoci

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je ověřit připravenost nestátních neziskových organizací v Jihočeském kraji na řešení mimořádných událostí. Součástí tohoto cíle je charakteristika konkrétních nestátní neziskové organizace a jejich možnost zapojení při přípravě a řešení mimořádných událostí. Konkrétně se práce zabývá humanitární jednotkou Českého červeného kříže. Teoretická část bakalářské práce je členěna do několika částí. Nejprve se zaměřuje na definici důležitých pojmů ve zkoumané oblasti. Jde definici integrovaného záchranného systému, dále o mimořádné události, definici nestátních neziskových organizací a jejich členění. Dále je v práci definován Panel nestátních neziskových organizací. V další části jsou popsány jednotlivé nestátní neziskové organizace, které poskytují pomoc obyvatelstvu při mimořádných událostech a krizových situacích a jsou členy Panelu nestátních neziskových organizací. V poslední části práce je rozebrán Český červený kříž a jeho kolektivní členové. Praktická část je zaměřena na kvalitativní výzkum formou řízených rozhovorů s odpovědnými zástupci nestátních neziskových organizací zapojených do Panelu nestátních neziskových organizací, konkrétně s řediteli oslovených oblastních spolků Českého červeného kříže v Jihočeském kraji.The aim of this bachelor thesis is to verify the readiness of non-governmental non-profit organizations in the South Bohemia Region to deal with emergencies. Part of this objective is the characterization of specific NPOs and their potential involvement in preparing for and dealing with emergencies. Specifically, the thesis deals with the humanitarian unit of the Czech Red Cross. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis is divided into several parts. First, it focuses on the definition of important concepts in the area under study. It is the definition of the integrated rescue system, then about emergencies, the definition of non-governmental non-profit organizations and their subdivision. Next, the work defines the Panel of Non-State Non-Profit Organizations. In the next section, individual non-governmental non-profit organizations that provide assistance to the population in emergencies and crisis situations and are members of the Panel of Non-State Non-Profit Organizations are described. In the last part of the thesis the Czech Red Cross and its collective members are discussed. The practical part focuses on qualitative research in the form of guided interviews with responsible representatives of NGOs involved in the Panel of NGOs, specifically with directors of the Czech Red Cross regional associations in the South Bohemia Region.
