Abstract
Předmětem této bakalářské práce bylo navrhnout rodinný dům pro rodinu se dvěma dětmi v městské části Praha-Lipence. Potenciálem území je dobré umístění na jižním okraji Prahy se zajímavými výhledy na město a okolní přírodu. Mým cílem bylo navrhnout rodinný dům, který bude vytvářet příjemné bydlení z osluněné strany, bude umožňovat kontakt s exteriérem a bude poskytovat výhledy umožněné lokalitou. Mým záměrem bylo pojmout projekt z hlediska ekologie a udržitelnosti.
The purpose of this bachelor thesis was to design a family house for a family with two kids in Prague district Lipence. Potential of this place is a great location in the southern part of Prague, with interesting views on the city and the surrounding nature. My goal was to design a family house that creates comfortable living on the sunny side, keeps contact with exterior, as well as provide views enabled by the location. My intention was to take into account an aspect of ecology and sustainability.
