Dezinformace jako součást hybridních hrozeb

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je v teoretické a praktické části analýza dezinformací, jako součást hybridních hrozeb. Práce se věnuje zejména současnému stavu, a to dezinformacím šířeným během rusko-ukrajinského konfliktu na Ukrajině. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy. Dále je zde věnován prostor historii propagandy, trestněprávní úpravě v české legislativě, dezinformačním kampaním a trollím farmám. Na závěr se stručně zmiňuji o válce a na ni navazující hybridní válku společně s informační válkou. V praktické části je nejprve popsána metodika praktické části bakalářské práce. Následuje rozbor dezinformací spojených s probíhající válkou na Ukrajině, za použití konkrétních situací. Práce se dále zaměřuje na cenzuru a informovanost obyvatel v Rusku. V závěru práce je navržena možná obrana proti dezinformacím, na základě analýzy dopadů.The thesis will be to analyze disinformation as a part of hybrid threats in the theoretical and practical part. The work will focus on the current situation, namely the disinformation spread during the Russian-Ukrainian conflict in Ukraine. The theoretical part will define the basic concepts. Furthermore, the history of propaganda, criminal law in Czech legislation, disinformation campaigns and troll farms will be devoted to space. Finally, I will briefly mention the war and the subsequent hybrid war, along with the information war. The practical part will first describe the methodology of the practical part of the thesis. This will be followed by an analysis of the disinformation associated with the ongoing war in Ukraine, using specific situations. The work will further focus on censorship and awareness of the population in Russia. At the end of the work, a possible defense against disinformation will be proposed, using Business Impact Analysis.
