Abstract
Cílem bakalářské práce na téma "Zaměstnanecké benefity" je seznámení s problematikou zaměstnaneckých benefitů z teoretického hlediska za pomocí odborné literatury, analýza zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve vybrané společnosti a zjištění, jaké zaměstnanecké benefity zaměstnanci preferují, jak jsou spokojeni s jejich poskytováním a do jaké míry jsou informováni o možnostech, které jim podnik nabízí. Teoretická část vysvětluje základní pojmy a informace, které se týkají zaměstnaneckých benefitů a praktická část obsahuje dotazníkové šetření a hodnotí stav benefitů ve firmě ŠKODA AUTO a.s.
The bachelor thesis "Employee´s benefits" is focused on the issue of staffing benefits. The thesis introduce a theoretical point of views via literature research, analysis of the employee benefits in specific company and evauate a satisfactory research. The theoretical part expains the basic concepts and information concerning employee benefits while the practical part contains a questionnaire survey and evaluates the status of benefits in ŠKODA AUTO a.s.
