Safety studie provozu letadel na RWY 06R/24L LKPR

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá posuzováním návrhu budoucí paralelní dráhy 06R/24L na letišti LKPR. V teoretické části práce lze najít popis safety událostí, které se vyskytují na vzletových a přistávacích dráhách, resp. v jejich blízkém okolí. Přehled obsahuje obecné informace a názorné příklady. Praktická část obsahuje soupis nehod a událostí, které byly použity pro posuzování bezpečnosti návrhu. Na základě dat a statistik zpracovaných autorem se provedla identifikace nebezpečí a rizik. Pro komplexnější přehled byly použity statistiky a doporučení třetích stran. Cílem práce je zhodnocení rizik a následné vypracování návrhu safety doporučení, které by vedly ke snížení frekvence nebo závažnosti rizik.In this diploma thesis its author analyzes a project of the future parallel runway 06R/24L at LKPR. General description of safety accidents and incident on runways can be found in the theoretical part. Different facts and examples are mentioned in each paragraph. Practical part contains several lists of accident and incidents, which were used for estimating the safety level of the project. Afterwards identification of hazards and risks was made using data and statistics calculated by the author. To create more overhaul knowledge statistics produced by the third parties were used. The aim of this thesis is to assess risks and afterwards to suggest safety recommendations, which would lead to lowering risks' frequency and weight.
