Vliv jaderných zbraní na rozvoj ochrany obyvatelstva

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem jaderných zbraní na ochranu obyvatelstva. V teoretické části je popsána historie, vývoj a účinky jaderných zbraní na lidské zdraví a životní prostředí. Dále se teoretická část zaměřuje na ochranu obyvatelstva, vysvětluje, jak funguje, a jak se vyvíjela v průběhu historie. Jsou zde uvedeny také různé ochranné prvky, které slouží k ochraně obyvatelstva před jaderným útokem. V praktické části je analyzována připravenost hlavního města Prahy na případný jaderný útok. K tomu jsou využity různé metody, například analýza současného stavu některých prvků ochrany obyvatelstva, rozhovory s odborníky na tuto problematiku, dotazníkové šetření a SWOT analýza. Výsledkem této práce je vyhodnocení aktuálního stavu připravenosti obyvatelstva a systému ochrany obyvatelstva na jaderný útok.This thesis deals with the impact of nuclear weapons on the civil protection. The theoretical part describes the history, development and effects of nuclear weapons on human health and the environment. Furthermore, the theoretical part focuses on the civil protection, explaining how it works and how it has evolved throughout history. The various safeguards that serve to protect the population from nuclear attack are also presented. The practical part analyses the preparedness of the capital city of Prague for a possible nuclear attack. For this purpose, various methods are used, such as an analysis of the current state of some elements of civil protection, interviews with experts on the subject, questionnaire surveys and SWOT analysis. The result of this work is an assessment of the current state of preparedness of the population and the system of civil protection against a nuclear attack.
