Abstract
Obsahem bakalářské práce je řešení stavebně technologického projektu novostavby grand hotelu v Peci pod Sněžkou. Autor se zabývá prostorovou, technologickou a časovou strukturou výstavby objektu. Cílem této bakalářské práce je navržení optimálního řešení výstavby v ideální časové posloupnosti, bez časových prodlev a ideálního nasazení pracovníků. Dále autor řeší návrh zařízení staveniště pro čtyři fáze výstavby a posuzuje rozhodující faktory na zimní opatření a jejich vliv na náklady.
The content of this bachelor thesis is the solution of the construction technology project of the new grand hotel in the city of Pec pod Snezkou. The author deals with the space, technology and time problems concerning the building construction. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to design an optimal construction solution in an ideal time sequences and without time delays and ideal deployment of the number of workes. In addition author suggests construction site equipment for four stages of construction.
