Projektové řízení při realizaci berlínského letiště

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat projektové řízení při realizaci Berlínského letiště s ohledem na geografickou a geopolitickou situaci v regionu a ekonomický vývoj v Německu od doby znovusjednocení. Práce se zaměřuje na identifikaci a analýzu selhání projektového řízení, která nastala během výstavby letiště. Součástí je Benchmark srovnávající řízení při výstavbě berlínského letiště a berlínského nádraží. Závěr zahrnuje analýzu optimálního řešení dopravního uzlu infrastruktury, která by mohla být aplikována na podobné projekty v budoucnosti. Studie přináší ucelený pohled na komplexitu a výzvy spojené s velkými infrastrukturními projekty s cílem identifikovat klíčové faktory úspěchu a oblasti pro zlepšení v projektovém řízení.The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to analyze project management during the implementation of Berlin Airport with regard to the geographical and geopolitical situation in the region and the economic development in Germany since reunification. The thesis focuses on identifying and analyzing project management failures that occurred during the construction of the airport. It includes a benchmark comparing the management during the construction of Berlin Airport and Berlin Central Station. The conclusion includes an analysis of the optimal solution for a transport hub infrastructure that could be applied to similar projects in the future. The study provides a comprehensive view of the complexity and challenges associated with large infrastructure projects, with the goal of identifying key success factors and areas for improvement in project management.
