Abstract
Cílem této diplomové práce je návrh obchvatu města Horní Planá. Obchvat bude přeložkou silnice I/39, která nyní prochází Horní Planou formou průtahu. Na navrženém obchvatu budou zřízeny úrovňové křižovatky pro napojení obchvatu na Horní Planou. Dále budou navržena na stávajícím průtahu dopravní opatření zabezpečující zklidnění dopravy a zvýšení bezpečnosti chodců v okolí průtahu. Navržené úpravy vycházejí z dopravního průzkumu a z dalších aspektů, které přímo ovlivňují dopravní situaci v dané lokalitě.
The aim of this master´s thesis is to design a bypass route of the city Horní Planá. The bypass will be a diversion of the I/39 road which currently passes through Horní Planá. The proposed bypass route features intersections to connect it to the city. In addition, this thesis proposes traffic calming measures on the existing route through the city to improve pedestrian safety in the vicinity of the road. The proposed modifications are based on a traffic survey and other aspects that directly affect the traffic situation in the given area.
