Projekt residenčního objektu v Rousínově

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je zpracování vybraných částí projektové dokumentace bytového domu v Rousínově pro stavební povolení. Objekt má pět nadzemních podlaží, jedno podzemní podlaží a plochou pochozí střechu. Nosné konstrukce objektu jsou nosné stěny z cihelných tvárnic POROTHERM AKU 30 SYM a železobetonové stropy. Všechny nosné konstrukce jsou navrženy v předběžném statickém výpočtu. Skladby konstrukcí jsou posouzeny z hlediska tepelné techniky.The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the processing of selected parts of the project documentation of the apartment building in Rousínov for a building permit. The building has five floors, one underground floor and a flat walking roof. The load-bearing structures of the building are load-bearing walls made of POROTHERM AKU 30 SYM brick blocks and reinforced concrete ceilings. All load-bearing structures are designed in a preliminary static calculation. The compositions of structures are assessed in terms of thermal engineering.
