Abstract

Dvě budovy s náplní minipivovaru, restaurace a ubytování, reagují na aktuální potřeby obyvatel Kouřimi a snaží se využít vše, co parcela nabízí. Její přednosti nacházím především v lokaci a v jejím spojení s potenciálně rušnou částí náměstí a klidnou vedlejší Židovskou ulicí. Hmotový koncept vychází z charakteru okolní a místní historické zástavby.The two buildings with the function of a mini brewery, restaurant and accomodation, react to the current needs of the inhabitants of Kouřim and aim to fully use the potential of the site. That is found mainly in the location of the place and in its connection to the, possibly in the future, busy part of the main square and to the calm street Židovská on the other end. The concept of the shapes is based on the character of the surroundings and the tradition of local buildings.
