Abstract

Bakalářská práce zpracovává návrh rodinného domu pro čtyřčlennou rodinu v rozvojové oblasti Libčic nad Vltavou - Letky. Součástí projektu je vyhotovení části projektové dokumentace ve stupni pro povolení záměru a část ve stupni pro provedení stavby. Budoucí majitelé domu jsou milovníci přírody a sportu. Právě proto si vybrali toto místo. Svažitý pozemek nabízí výhledy na Větrušické rokle, protékající Vltavu a okolí Libčic nad Vltavou. Těmito myšlenkami se řídil i návrh domu. Dům plně reaguje na výhledy, za kterými se co nejvíce přibližuje. Udržuje si výšku nejvyššího bodu svahu a následuje osu pozemku, která směřuje na protilehlé výhledy. Právě tato osa je primárním konceptem návrhu.

The bachelor's thesis presents the design of a family house for a four-member family in the developing area of Libčice nad Vltavou Letky. The project includes the preparation of part of the design documentation at the level required for planning permission, and part at the level required for construction. The future owners of the house are nature and sports enthusiasts. That is precisely why they chose this location. The sloping plot offers views of the Větrušice gorges, the flowing Vltava River, and the surroundings of Libčice nad Vltavou. These ideas also guided the design of the house. The house fully responds to the surrounding views, which it attempts to embrace as much as possible. It maintains the height of the highest point of the slope and follows the axis of the plot, which leads toward the scenic views. This axis became the primary concept of the design.
