Abstract

Tato práce s názvem Zjišťování vergenční facility jako alternativa k vyšetření fúzních rezerv se zabývá oblastí binokulárního vidění, zaměřené na vergenci a její poruchy. Práce popisuje anatomické a fyziologické předpoklady pro správnou funkci vergenčního aparátu. Představuje vývoj a složky binokulárního vidění, vzájemného vztahu akomodace a konvergence. Stěžejní část se věnuje vyšetření vergenční facility jako alternativě k vyšetření fúzních rezerv pro diagnostiku vergenčních poruch. Praktická část se věnuje porovnávání naměřených hodnot fúzních rezerv a jejich porovnávání s hodnotami vergenční facility. Naměřené hodnoty budou statisticky porovnány a bude potvrzena, případně vyvrácena jejich shoda. V případě že ano, lze vyšetření vergenční facility využít jako samostatný test k diagnostice vergenčních poruch.

This work called Eximination of vergence facility as alternative to the examination of fusional reserves deals with the field of binocular vision, focusing on vergence and its disorders. The work describes the anatomical and physiological prerequisite for the proper functioning of the vergence apparatus. Introduces the development and components of binocular vision, the interrelationship of accommodation and convergence. The core part is devoted to the examination of the vergence facility as an alternative to the examination of fusional reserves. The practical part is dedicated to comparing the values of the vergence facility and the values of the horizontal fusion vergence. Then the work statistically processes and compares these measured data. I will confirm whether the values are match. If they are the same, the examination of the vergence facility can be used as separate test in the diagnosis of vergence disorders.
