Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu pro čtyřčlennou rodinu (manželský pár se dvěma dětmi školního věku) a zpracování architektonické studie spolu s vybranými částmi dokumentace pro stavební povolení včetně konceptu technických zařízení budov. Navrhovaný dům je situován na svažitém pozemku v klidné lokalitě nad Šárecký údolím v ulici Pokojná, na území Prahy. Místo se vyznačuje příznivou jihovýchodní orientací, atraktivními výhledy do zeleně a směrem ke kostelu sv. Matěje. Architektonický návrh vychází z přirozeného sklonu terénu a respektuje orientaci ke světovým stranám i hlavním výhledům. Cílem bylo vytvořit stavbu v harmonii s okolním, která zároveň zajistí funkční a komfortní prostředí pro život celé rodiny. Dispozice domu je navržena tak, aby umožňovala jak dostatek soukromí pro jednotlivé členy domácnosti, tak prostor pro společné trávení času. Tohoto záměru bylo dosaženo rozdělením stavby do dvou hmot s výškovým odstupňováním úrovní. Dům je navržen jako zděný objekt s důrazem na propojení architektury s místním charakterem prostředí.The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the design of a family house for a four-member family (a married couple with two school-aged children) and the development of an architectural study, along with selected parts of the building permit documentation, including the concept of technical building systems. The proposed house is situated on a sloping plot in a quiet area above the Šárecké údolí, on Pokojná street, in Prague. The site is characterized by a favorable southeast orientation and attractive views of the surrounding greenery and towards the Church of st. Matěje. The architectural design responds to the natural slope of the terrain and respects both the orientation to the cardinal directions and the main views. The goal was to create a building that harmonizes with the surrounding environment while providing a functional and comfortable living space for the entire family. The layout of the house is designed to offer both sufficient privacy for individual family members and space for shared activities. This objective was achieved by dividing the building into two volumes with staggered height levels. The house is designed as a masonry structure, with an emphasis on integrating the architecture with the local character of the environment.
