Sledování vlivu podílu regenerátu ve formovací směsi na její kvalitu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá složením slévárenských formovacích směsí obsahujících různý poměr nového ostřiva a regenerátu. V práci jsou popsány materiály formovacích směsí využívaných ve společnosti ZPS - SLÉVÁRNA, a.s., mezi které patří např.: křemenné ostřivo, bentonit a vodní sklo. Dále jsou zmíněny vlastnosti a možnosti regenerace formovacích směsí. Experimentální část bakalářské práce se věnuje technologickým zkouškám formovacích směsí a ostřiv a jejich následnému vyhodnocení.The bachelor thesis deals with the composition of foundry moulding mixtures containing different proportions of new cutting agent and regenerate. The thesis describes the materials of the moulding mixtures used in ZPS - SLÉVÁRNA, a.s., which include, for example: quartz sand, bentonite and water glass. The experimental part of the bachelor thesis is devoted to the technological tests of moulding mixtures and foundry sands and their subsequent evaluation.
