Zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením

Abstract

Tématem této bakalářské práce je problematika zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením, zejména opatření, kterými se stát snaží začlenit tyto osoby do pracovního procesu. Bakalářská práce poskytuje informace o historii lidských práv (s důrazem na práva osob se zdravotním postižením), o příslušné legislativě (jak byla a je problematika řešena našimi právními předpisy), o osobách se zdravotním postižením, o uplatňování aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti (zřizováním chráněných pracovních míst a poskytováním finančních pobídek zaměstnavatelům), o vývoji a současném stavu zaměstnanosti (s použitím statistických údajů) a o výhodách a nevýhodách zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením.The theme of this thesis is the issue of the employment of persons with disabilities, particularly measures which the state seeks to integrate these persons among workers. The thesis provides information about the history of human rights (with an emphasis on the rights of persons with disabilities) of the relevant legislation (as is the issue addressed by legislation), persons with disabilities, an active employment policy implementation (establishing of protected jobs and providing financial incentives for employers), the history and current state of employment (statistics) and the pros and cons of employing people with disabilities.
