Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu v Praze 22 Uhříněvsi. Lokalita má značný potenciál díky své poloze blízko u vlakové zastávky Uhříněves. A současně dobré občanské vybavenosti (MŠ, ZŠ,...) i blízkosti přírody. Architektonický návrh reaguje především na specifický tvar parcely. Dům je umístěn v zadní části pozemku kvůli soukromí a lepšímu oslunění obytných prostor. Jednoduchý tvar stavby minimalizuje tepelné ztráty a respektuje uliční čáru. Garáž byla po výjimce rozšířena na dvě stání, což ovlivnilo původní půdorys. Návrh usnadnila rovinná a pravidelná parcela.The topic of the bachelor thesis is the design of a single-family house in Prague 22 Uhříněves. The location has significant potential due to its proximity to the Uhříněves train station, good public amenities (such as kindergartens and elementary schools), and the nearby natural surroundings. The architectural design primarily responds to the specific shape of the plot. The house is positioned in the rear part of the site to ensure privacy and better sunlight exposure for the living spaces. The simple form of the building minimizes heat loss and respects the building line. After obtaining an exception, the garage was extended to accommodate two parking spaces, which influenced the original floor plan. The flat and regular shape of the plot further simplified the design process
