Abstract

Objekt lázní se nachází na mýtině jihozápadně od obce Prameny. Řešený objet je budova nově navrhovaného lázeňského komplexu v obci Prameny u Mariánských Lázní. Návrh spadá pod celkový urbanistický koncept pro obec Prameny. Program lázní je rozdělen na část volnočasového wellness a na část s nabídkou klasické lázeňské péče s různorodými procedurami. Stavba se nachází na mýtině jihozápadně od obce Prameny v okrese Cheb. Lázně mají jedno nadzemní a jedno podzemní podlaží. Přízemí objektu slouží široké veřejnosti a kloubí v sobě prostory pro wellness, lázeňskou péči a prostory pro různá společenská setkání. V suterénu se nachází veškeré technické zázemí objektu. Část suterénu je vyhrazena parkování pro zaměstnance a zásobování. Hosti bydlící v zamýšleném v okolí lázeňského parku parkují na parkovišti nacházejícím se nedaleko vstupu do lázní. Při návrhu bylo využito mírného sklonu terénu směrem k obci Prameny, kdy terén na 120 metrech délky klesá o přibližně 4 výškové metry. Přízemí objektu tak ve své východní části vystupuje na úroveň terénu a na západní je vsazena do samotného terénu.The spa facility is located in a clearing southwest of the village of Prameny. The ground floor of the building is used by the general public and serves as a joint in itself spaces for wellness, spa care and spaces for various social gatherings. It is located in the basement all technical background of the building. Part of the basement is reserved for parking for employees and supplies. Guests living in planned in the vicinity of the spa park, they park in the parking lot located near the entrance to the spa. The design made use of the slight slope of the terrain towards the village of Prameny, where the terrain descends over a length of 120 meters by approximately 4 meters in height. The ground floor of the building rises to the ground level in its eastern part and is set into the terrain itself in the western part.
