Neletecké činnosti na letišti Praha

Abstract

Tato práce pojednává o neleteckých činnostech na Letišti Praha, které se stávají stále důležitějšími a letiště se musí snažit generovat z nich co nejvíce příjmů. V teoretické části je popsán současný stav a také trendy v oblasti komerčních aktivit. Dále se práce věnuje spokojenosti cestujících na základě dat z dotazníkového šetření. Zpracování těchto dat je následně promítnuto do návrhu na zlepšení služeb a komerčních aktivit na Letišti Praha. Návrh by měl vést k růstu spokojenosti cestujících a ke zvýšení příjmů z neleteckých činností.This thesis deals with non-aviation activities at Prague Airport that have become more important recently and the airport should produce as high revenue as possible. Present conditions and trends in the field of commercial activities are described in the theoretical part. The thesis engages in the satisfaction of passengers based on datas from questionnaires. The transforming of these datas is consecutively seen in suggestions for an improvement of services and commercial activities. Suggestions should lead to a progress in the satisfaction of passengers and to an increase of the revenue from non-aviation activites.
