Podnikatelský záměr vývoje digitální účetní platformy s využitím SaaS a Al

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout podnikatelský záměr digitální účetní platformy pro OSVČ (osoby samostatně výdělečně činné) v České republice, založené na modelu software jako služba (SaaS) a doplněné o vybrané prvky umělé inteligence. Teoretická část vymezuje podstatu a strukturu podnikatelského záměru, představuje nástroje analýzy prostředí (PESTLE analýza, Porterův model pěti sil a SWOT analýza) a shrnuje specifika SaaS řešení včetně bezpečnostních a legislativních požadavků a možností využití AI v účetnictví. Praktická část tyto poznatky aplikuje na návrh konkrétní služby: analyzuje trh a konkurenci, definuje cílové segmenty, formuluje hodnotovou nabídku a obchodní model, navrhuje minimálně proveditelný produkt (MVP) a základní technický rámec platformy. Součástí práce je orientační finanční plán a identifikace hlavních rizik projektu.The aim of this thesis is to design a business plan for a digital accounting platform for self-employed individuals in the Czech Republic, delivered as software as a service (SaaS) and supported by selected artificial intelligence features. The theoretical part defines the concept and structure of a business proposal, introduces key environmental analysis tools (PESTLE analysis, Porters Five Forces and SWOT analysis), and summarizes SaaS specifics, including security and legal requirements and the potential use of AI in accounting. The practical part applies these findings to the design of a specific service: it analyses the market and competitors, defines target segments, develops the value proposition and business model, proposes a minimum viable product (MVP) and outlines the basic technical concept of the platform. The thesis also includes an indicative financial plan and identifies the main project risks.
