Abstract

Moderní bydlení ležící v ose nově vzniklého městského bloku na místě bývalého areálu továrny Koh-i-noor Waldes. Na drobné parcele a z obou stran obklopený, je dům jasně definován předozadními fasádami. Venkovní pavlač příčně dělí dům na dva hmotové celky, které jsou vůči sobě posunuté a navazují tak na sousedící domy. Na pohled jednoduché členění umožňuje přehledné zónování a snadnou komunikaci.Modern housing located in the axis of the newly created urban block on the site of the former place of the Koh-i-noor Waldes factory.
