Optimalizace postupu hrubování při frézování tělesa převodovky

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je návrh nové metody hrubování vývrtů tělesa převodovky vedoucí ke snížení nákladů na výrobu. V práci je popsána podstata hrubování a jeho metody, samotný prvek vývrtu, popis stroje a nástrojů, původní i nově navržené metody, a nakonec je provedeno technicko-ekonomické zhodnocení. Práce byla prováděna v CAD/CAM softwaru TopSolid, odkud se následně braly strojní časy na porovnání a NC kód pro práci na stroji. Práce byla prováděna ve spolupráci s firmou Wikov MGI a.s.The subject of this bachelor thesis is a proposal of a new method of roughing of the bore of the gearbox body leading to reduction of production costs. The thesis describes the nature of roughing and its methods, the borehole element itself, the choice of machine and tools, the original and the newly designed methods, and finally the technical-economic evaluation is done. The work was carried out in the TopSolid CAM software, where the subsequent machine times were compared. The work was carried out in cooperation with Wikov MGI a.s.
