Problematika ukončení provozu uhelných elektráren v České republice

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematiku ukončení uhelných elektráren v České republice. Popisuje fungování uhelných elektráren, jejich roli v energetickém mixu i jejich negativa a mimo jiné se věnuje legislativní úpravě využívání uhlí. Součástí bakalářské práce je i náhled na energetiku Evropské unie a situaci v sousedních státech, Německu a Polsku, které se vzhledem k vysokému podílu uhelných elektráren potýkají se stejným problémem jako Česká republika. Jádrem práce je analýza scénářů možného vývoje národní elektroenergetiky uvedených ve Státní energetické koncepci, Vnitrostátním plánu ČR v oblasti energetiky a klimatu a v doporučení Uhelné komise včetně alternativních scénářů. Na závěr jsou diskutovány dopady scénářů především na energetickou bezpečnost a soběstačnost státu a vliv útlumu využívání uhlí na výrobu tepla.The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of the decommissioning of coal-fired power plants in the Czech Republic. The thesis describes the functioning of coal-fired power plants, their role in the energy mix and their negative effects and, among other things, it deals with the legislative regulation of the use of coal. The thesis includes an insight into the energy sector of the European Union and the situation in neighbouring countries, Germany and Poland, facing the same problem as the Czech Republic. The core of the thesis is an analysis of scenarios of possible development of the natio-nal electricity sector presented in the State Energy Concept, the National Energy and Climate Plan of the Czech Republic and the recommendations of the Coal Commissi-on, including alternative scenarios. Finally, the impact of the scenarios on the energy security and self-sufficiency of the Czech Republic and the impact of the decline in coal use on heat production are discussed.
