Abstract
Turismus, bydlení, obchod a služby zajišťují život a společenskou interakci v našich městech. Galerie Santini a bytový dům by měli pomoci tento život v centru města udržet a rozvíjet. Galerie Santini a bytový dům doplňují blokovou strukturu na hlavním náměstí ve Žďáře nad Sázavou. Galerie bude věnována odkazu na celoživotní dílo jednoho z nejlepších architektů českých zemí. Bude zde vystavena stálá expozice modelů vybraných staveb, které Jan Blažej Santini-Aichel během svého života navrhnul. Umístění galerie na náměstí Republiky by mělo pomoci navýšit turistický ruch v centru města a oživit tak lokalitu. Bytový dům vytváří adaptabilní a příjemné městské bydlení pro páry či rodiny. Umožňuje také maloobchodní prodej a poskytování služeb v retailech.
Tourism, housing, commerce and services provide life and social interaction in our cities. The Santini Gallery and the apartment building should help keep this city center alive and develop it. The Santini Gallery and the apartment building make up the block structure on the main square in Žďár nad Sázavou. The gallery is going to be dedicated to the life-long reference of one of the best architects of the Czech lands. There is going to be a permanent exhibition of models of selected buildings, which Jan Blažej Santini-Aichel designed during his life. The location of the gallery on Republic Square should help boost tourism in the city center and it should revive the place. The apartment building creates an adaptive and pleasant living place for couples or families. The building also permits retail and services.
