Územní analýza Libčice nad Vltavou

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá územní analýzou města Libčice nad Vltavou. Práce vychází z územně analytických podkladů ORP Černošice, územní studie krajiny správního obvodu ORP Černošice, územního plánu města Libčice nad Vltavou a z vlastních poznatků získaných při terénních průzkumech území. Práce se skládá z textové a grafické části. V textové části jsou zpočátku popsány základní informace o řešeném území a podklady pro rozbor udržitelného rozvoje území. Dále práce obsahuje vyhodnocení udržitelného rozvoje území pomocí pozitiv, negativ a potenciálů území. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny problémy, které se nachází v řešeném území a doporučení k řešení těchto problémů. Grafická část je provázána s textovou částí a zahrnuje tyto přílohy: výkres širších vztahů, výkres limitů, hodnot, záměrů a problémů řešeného území. Práce je doplněna o fotografie, které jsou uvedeny přímo v textové části.This bachelor thesis is focused on the spatial analysis of the city Libčice nad Vltavou. Thesis is based on spatial analytical documentation ORP Černošice, territorial study of the landscape of the administrative district ORP Černošice, land use plan of the city Libčice nad Vltavou and from own knowledge gained during field surveys of the area. Thesis is consisting of text and graphical part. In the text part initially describes the basic information about the area and conditions for the analysis of the sustainable spatial development. Furthermore, the thesis contains an evaluation of the analysis of the sustainable spatial development using the positives, negatives, and potentials of the territory. At the end of the thesis are listed the problems, which are in the solved area and recommendations for addressing these problems. The graphical part is linked with a text part and includes these attachments: a drawing of broader relationships, a drawing of limits, values, intentions, and problems of the solved area. The thesis is supplemented by photographs, which are listed directly in the text part.
