Připravenost žáků základních a středních škol v obci s rozšířenou působností Přelouč na vybrané krizové situace

Abstract

Obsahem této diplomové práce je připravenost žáků základních a středních škol v obci s rozšířenou působností Přelouč na vybrané krizové situace. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první části je rozebrán přehled současného stavu, který je tvořen legislativními předpisy a nelegislativními dokumenty vztahující se ke krizovým situacím, vymezením základních pojmů dané problematiky a vybraných krizových situací. Dále je zde vymezena historie vzdělávání dětí a mládeže v oblasti ochrany obyvatelstva v českých zemích až po současnost, jsou zde vypsány projekty činné v rámci vzdělávání a základní informace o obci s rozšířenou působností Přelouč. Druhá část práce představuje vymezení cílů práce, hypotéz, popsání výzkumného vzorku a metod. Dalším krokem této práce je vyhodnocení připravenosti žáků a navržení opatření pro zlepšení současného stavu. Cílem této práce bylo zjistit, jaké mají žáci povědomí o krizových situacích a jak probíhá vzdělávání a příprava žáků v oblasti ochrany obyvatelstva. Provedeným výzkumem se zjistilo, že současný stav vzdělávání žáků není ideální, přesto mají žáci dobré znalosti o dané problematice. Lepších výsledků dosáhli studenti středních škol, ale žáci základních škol na tom nebyli o moc hůř.

The content of this diploma thesis is the preparedness of students secondary school and high school of municipality with extended powers Přelouč for selected crisis situations. The work is divided into two parts. In the first part, an overview of the current situation is analyzed, which consists of legislative regulations and non-legislative documents related to crisis situations, defining the basic concepts of the given issue and selected crisis situations. Furthermore, the history of the education of children and youth in the area of population protection in the Czech lands up to the present is defined here, projects active in the framework of education and basic information about the municipality with extended scope of Přelouč are listed here. The second part of the thesis represents the definition of the objectives of the thesis, hypotheses, description of the research sample and methods. The next step of this work is to evaluate the students' readiness and propose measures to improve the current situation. The aim of this work was to find out what students awareness of crisis situations is and how students are educated and trained in the area of population protection. The conducted research revealed that the current state of student education is not ideal, yet the students have good knowledge of the subject. Secondary school students achieved better results, but elementary school students did not fare much worse.
