Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je architektonicko – stavební návrh víceúčelového zdravotnického centra v lokalitě Praha – Krč. Urbanistický koncept vychází z návrhu, který byl řešen v rámci předdiplomního projektu. Budova rozšiřuje nabídku zdravotnických služeb s ohledem na funkce Thomayerovy nemocnice. Díky přímému napojení na nově vybudovanou zastávku metra D – Nemocnice Krč, může toto zařízení poskytovat širokou nabídku zdravotnických služeb nejen obyvatelům Krče. V zařízení se nachází ordinace pediatrů, praktičtí lékaři, ortodonci, ordinace stomatologů včetně rengenou a fyzioterapie. V menším administrativním objektu poté sídlí zdravotnické firmy. Součástí administrativní části je i sál pro pořádání konferencí. V přízemí pak nalezneme i nezdravotnické provozy jako je bistro, prodejna zdravotnických potřeb/matrací a obchod. Hmotový koncept objektu se snaží s respektem navázat na pravidelnost uspořádání budov Thomayerovy nemocnice. Velikost navrhovaného objektu byla volena tak, aby nenarušila dominantnost nemocnice. Konstrukční systém budovy je řešený jako železobetonový kombinovaný systém. Obvodový plášť budovy je navržen jako lehký obvodový plášť. Střecha je řešena jako částečně pochozí s prvky extenzivní zeleně.The subject of this thesis is the architectural and construction design of a multi-purpose medical centre in Prague - Krč. The urban concept is based on the method that was solved within the framework of the pre-diploma project. The building extends the offer of medical services concerning the functions of the Thomayer Hospital. Thanks to the direct connection to the newly built metro stop D - Hospital Krč, this facility can provide a wide range of medical services not only to the residents of Krč. The facility has paediatrician’s offices, general practitioners, orthodontists, and dentists' offices, including x-rays and physiotherapy. A smaller administrative building then houses medical companies. The administrative area also includes a conference room. On the ground floor, we also find non-medical facilities such as a bistro, and a medical supplies/mattress shop. The material concept of the building tries to respect the regularity of the layout of the Thomayer Hospital buildings. The size of the proposed building was chosen so as not to disturb the dominance of the hospital. The structural system of the building is designed as a reinforced concrete frame. The building envelope is constructed as a curtain walling. The roof is arranged as partially walkable with elements of extensive greenery.
