Abstract
Tato práce popisuje výrobní postup klapkového sání na závodní moped Babetta 210 od jeho návrhu až po montáž. Zabývá se především tvorbou partprogramu v CAM softwaru Fusion 360, výrobní technologií a následnou výrobou. Vše je poté zhodnoceno na konci práce včetně dosažených výkonových charakteristik motoru.
This thesis describes manufacturing of a reed valve intake for racing moped Babetta 210 from its design to assembly. Especially, the thesis deal with creating partporgram in CAM software Fusion 360, machining technology and following manufacture. Everything is then evaluated at the end of the thesis including the achieved performance characteristics of the engine.
