Studium prototypů organických solárních článků

Cílem této práce je poskytnout přehled o současném stavu výzkumu a vývoje technologie organických solárních článků. Zabývá se popisem materiálů, struktur, vlastností a principu funkce. Součástí práce je měření charakteristických elektrických a optických vlastností. Ekonomická část práce zahrnuje porovnání organických solárních článků s konvenčními křemíkovými články.

The aim of this thesis is to provide an overview of the current state of research and development of organic solar cell technology. It deals with the description of materials, structures, properties and principles of operation. The thesis includes measurements of characteristic electrical and optical properties. The economic part of the thesis includes a comparison of organic solar cells with conventional silicon cells.
