Technicko-ekonomická studie investic do výrobních technologií

Abstract

V této práci řeším hodnocení investičního projektu pro zavedení výroby ve společnosti Robatech CZ s.r.o. V teoretické části práce se zabývám popisem investic a investičního rozhodování. Dále popisem studie proveditelnosti a její aplikací pro hodnocení projektů, postupy při plánování a vymezení peněžních toků a popisem ekonomických metod používaných při hodnocení investic. Poté citlivostní analýzou a možnostmi financování projektu. V praktické části uvádím cíle vytyčené vedením společnosti, kterých musí projekt dosáhnout. Následně provádím analýzu trhu a odhad investičních a provozních nákladů, výnosů a peněžních toků v jednotlivých letech projektu potřebných pro zhodnocení investice. Výsledné ekonomické ukazatele jsem porovnal s žádanými cíli a ohodnotil projekt.In bachelor thesis I deal with evaluation of the investment project for the introduction of production in the company Robatech CZ s.r.o. In the theoretical part I describe investments and investment decision making. Further, a description of the feasibility study and its applications for project evaluation, procedures for planning and determination of cash-flow, and a description of the economic methods used to evaluate investments. Then the sensitivity analysis and the possibilities of project financing. In the practical part, I describe the goals set by the company management which the project must achieve. As next, I deal with analysis of the market, estimation of investment and operating costs, gains and cash-flow in each project year needed to evaluate the investment. I compared the resulting economic indicators with the desired goals and evaluated the project.
