Abstract
Bytový dům v Karlových Varech představuje startovní bydlení pro dospělé, situované nedaleko centra města. Součástí domu je i několik komerčních provozoven a hromadné garáže. V domě jsou 1+KK, 2+KK a 3+KK byty. Dům se také vyznačuje intenzivní vegetační střechou nad hromadnými garážemi a pobytovou střechou nad bytovým domem, odkud je krásný výhled na panorama Karlových Varů.
The apartment building in Karlovy Vary is a starter home located near the city center. The building also includes several commercial establishments and a collective garage. The building has 1+KK, 2+KK and 3+KK apartments. The building is also characterized by an intensive vegetation roof above the collective garages and a residential roof above the apartment building, from which there is a beautiful view of the Karlovy Vary panorama.
